- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of castile soap
- 1 tbsp of water
- 5 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1-2 drops of peppermint oil
- Can add stevia if desired. (Add a little at a time until you get the desired taste.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together. Use the peppermint oil sparingly. You can always add more if desired.
2. All Natural Toothpaste
This is an easy all natural toothpaste recipe!
What you’ll need:
- 5-6 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons of baking soda
- ½ tablespoon of sea salt
- 5 drops of tea tree oil
- 10 drops of wild orange essential oil
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 10 drops of stevia
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl. It will be a little thin so,if you want a thicker consistency, you may add more baking soda. Next, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. It will thicken even more in the fridge. Take it out and it is ready to use!

What you’ll need:
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of xylitol
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil
- 1-2 teaspoons water
- 3-4 drops of cinnamon essential oil
- 2-3 drops of nutmeg essential oil

Combine and whisk all the dry ingredients. Using a fork, blend in the coconut oil. Next, whisk in the water and all essential oils. If it’s too thick, add a tiny bit of water. If too thin, add a tiny bit of baking soda. After you acquire the desired consistency, it is ready to use.
