This old clock tower was turned into a breathtaking apartment that is worth $18 million. It is located in Brooklyn, New York and the luxurious residence is a hidden treasure of the hip DUMBO neighborhood. The penthouse is part of an industrial building and was designed by the creative mind behind DUMBO, named David Walentas. But let’s talk a bit about the interior. This amazing residence has a size of 6,813 square, displayed on 3 floors and its owner will have a 360 degrees view of New York.
