What is it?
It’s an energy bar that you make yourself. The bag comes as a powder mix, you add the wet ingredients, mix it together, compact it, and enjoy. No waiting and no baking necessary.

So basically, they’re really healthy, and the ingredients used are all natural. There are other benefits too.
When I got my package I was excited to see there were so many different ways to prepare them. The back of the bag has a chart suggesting ingredients for the level of sweetness desired.

Right now the product line consists of 4 options: Primal Protein, Vegan Protein, Oats Energy, and Paleo Energy.
Making Creation Nation’s energy bites is super easy. It took me about 20 minutes to roll them all, but that’s no different than making cookies.
While I was making I was thinking how it would make a great snack for kids to help with. I’m always on the lookout for good recipes that will teach kids about baking in a positive way, and these are so simple there is no way they could mess it up. It’s a great excuse for them to get their hands a bit dirty – since you have to roll the balls – and there’s no egg so they can lick their fingers!
Plus when you’re done you can just eat them! There’s no waiting period.
If you don’t have 20 minutes, you could make them in 5 minutes by mixing the ingredients together and then pressing it into a pan. Once the mixture is compacted you can cut it with a knife and have bars to take on the go.
It is best to allow them to set in the fridge for about an hour, but if you can’t wait that long it’s not a big deal.
Whether you’re making balls bars or bites, you’ll find that the mixes are all crowd pleasers and a great sustainable healthy way to add a dose of protein & energy to your life.
Another great aspect of this organic natural healthy food is the company’s focus on being holistic.
